MES Seminoles Team
Founded in 2022, The MES Seminoles are an Elite and Premier Competitive Youth Tackle Football Program. Seminoles are primarily constructed of adolescents between ages 9 to 13. The MES Seminoles require all Athletes to demonstrate high quality discipline which encompasses respect, dedication, sportsmanship, and academic excellence… NO EXCEPTIONS!!
*Essential To Note: New York State Assembly Bill 5330.
The MES Seminoles only compete during the Fall Season!! Statics and MES Medical advice depicts kids under 16 should not be engaged in full contact sports all year round, TIME IS NEEDED FOR THEM TO REST. Under this particular coaching staff, no player has ever encountered any injuries, or a serious injury that led to a player missing one or more games, within a season!!
MES Seminoles Football Team accepts all players for tryouts. The team goal is to win, even off the field!! All Seminoles must be Fast, Strong, Smart, Discipline, and with Character. All players who consistently attend, participate in, and execute the Seminoles Playbook efficiently in practices will be named as a Starter. Starters will receive most of the playing time, therefore, all other players on the 30 person roster will be placed on either the 2nd or 3rd Team. The MES Seminoles Coach objectives are to prepare their age squad to compete effectively while adhering to all safety and health protocols set forth by MES, AYF, AAU, USA Football, and/or National/State/Local guidelines.
All MES Seminoles Management and/or Coaches are AYF Certified, NASM Certified, and/or BLS Medical Certified to deliver high quality oversight particularly in the area of safety for Players.
*Please Note: If any Player misses three (3) or more practices within a month, for any reason other than severe medical issues, or suspended from team activities they will be terminated from the team to give those on the waiting list the chance to join. No Player will receive a refund of any fees as a result of being terminated from the team. The Player will have to pay a reinstatement fee to rejoin the team providing it is possible.
MES Seminoles Donation Center
The MES Seminoles is a not-for-profit youth organization that has 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. Our objective is to give young kids the opportunity to participate in the world of sports, particularly in contact sports.
All donations given by you, The Donor, helps provide under privileged kids the chance to be developed by New York’s most elite and premier youth program.
*All Donations over $500 will receive the tax-exempt info for annual tax filing*
MES Seminoles Academic Promise
As stated before, The MES Seminoles Organization takes academics very seriously because it is the gateway to a successful career path off the gridiron.
To solidify didactic excellence, the MES Seminoles offer all Players guaranteed enrollment opportunity into Excellence Boys Charter School Middle Academy, a high quality elementary education institution in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York and featured on Good Morning America, for the duration of their MES Seminoles tenure.
CEO Murphy was able to secure this opportunity for Seminoles due to his long-term involvement and relationship with EBCSMA Administration and their sponsored literary academic events.
NO OTHER youth organization in the Northeast region or within the country can make this, or deliver this scholastic promise.
*Please note: All Players, during the season, will be primarily practicing within a secure facility with private security personnel and limited outside scouting capability.
MES Seminoles Agility & Conditioning Workout Program
MES Seminoles Agility & Conditioning Workout Program is a professional service geared to accommodate the multifaceted nature of sports, particularly in athletic agility and conditioning. At large, there is a growing need in the public and potentially provided by academic institutions to render sports capability. MES Seminoles has developed and can deliver a program to conquer those inclinations.
MES Seminoles primary objective and overall program target is to render direct education an implementation of the MES Seminoles Agility and Conditioning Workout Program to all Grade Scholars, from ages 7 to 14, to meet set/flexible athletic/health expectations while simultaneously having fun.
MES will provide explicit guidance, support, and actional feedback to Participants, Participant Parents, and/or Entity/School Administrators stemmed from Participant’s interaction and progression. MES will conduct assessments with timely feedback either orally or in writing.
We, the Coaches of Team of MES are committed to providing Youth Athletes and/or Scholars with the necessary knowledge needed to perform their own set or flexible athletic or health expectations and the capability to lead the next generation to follow.
MES Seminoles / Excellence Boys Charter School Middle Academy
In partnership to promote good Scholar health, Murphy Enterprise Solutions and Excellence Boys collaborated to host the MES Seminoles Agility and Conditioning Workout Sessions.
Scholars work on their overall physical health with exercises and drills suitable towards whichever athletic sport they partake in.
Mondays and Wednesdays are dedicated to achieving EXCELLENCE!!

MES Seminoles Sports Exposure Package Promise
In a first of a kind, the MES Seminoles and/or approved MES affiliates have the opportunity to set a precedent in youth football.
CEO Murphy, after multiple vigorous and meaningful meetings, has brokered a deal for all MES Seminoles and MES affiliates to gain exposure outside of New York. Specifically, this deal will guarantee Seminoles and MES affiliates the chance to conduct their 1st Professional Sports Interview Session. NO OTHER youth organization within the United States can make this promise.
During this guaranteed sports interview, MES Seminoles or MES affiliates will market themself, on a regional syndicated sports talk show that airs on radio and television by two well-known Sportscasters. They have interviewed retired and active major sports athletes across the multi-sports world. The studio is located in Atlanta, GA. The maximum number scheduled per in-studio session is 6 athletes and per telephonic session is 6 athletes. Athletes for the in-studio appearance get two (2) preparation sessions before the interview.
Included in this package, if feasible, is a registered skills/camp event for MES Seminoles and/or MES Affiliates. These events are generally scheduled the weekend leading up to the sports interviewed and geared towards helping Athletes get nationally ranked (star ranking), which may lead to specialized invitations to more exclusive events. Seminoles and Affiliates will showcase their athletic abilities to well-known Coaches of top Division 1, 2, and 3 Colleges. Additionally, the package includes an official tour to the University of Georgia and Morehouse College.
For MES Seminoles, this will be an annual sponsored ceremony for MES High Award Winners and/or Captains.
For MES affiliates, this will be open to those Organizations, Youth Athletes and/or Families of an athlete that wish to schedule an interview session and paying the fee.

MES Seminoles Owner & CEO Tyriek A. Murphy and Vice President & Assistant Coach Emmanuel Jean with Captains Tyler “Shadow” Murphy, Alex “Ball hawk” Wagner, Emmanuel “M²” Jean-Washington, and Gabriel “GP” Pitts were the featured guest on DNA Sports Talk Show.
For these MES Captains, this was their 1st professional sports interview. They delivered an impacting appearance that left the sports show hosts beyond impressed with their “Trillion Dollar” vocabulary when asked about their athletic and academic agendas.
MES Seminoles Captain Showcase
Lead Captain Tyler “Shadow” Murphy, featured in this highlight, was the ONLY 11 year old in the National Playmakers Academy New York Event and their history to ever place in the Top 5 for Offensive Lineman vs. 14 and up High School Players.
Captain Shadow is looking to repeat and/or establish further dominance in the upcoming Seminole Season and/or National Ranking Athletic Events.

MES Seminoles Football & Summer Camp Tour
The MES Seminoles Football & Summer Camp is the most elite and primer youth program and service in the U.S. Nation.
During participants 5 day 4 night Camp stay, they undergo a wide array of Seminole Football Team Drills coupled with Physical/Strength Conditioning and enjoy a minimum of 5 different Camp activities & events led by the Seminoles Certified Coaches and Team Captains.
If an organization can’t teach football and allow a kid to be a kid, then why are you considering them…. Come get some of this Seminole Life!!
