MES CEO Message

Greetings,

As the CEO of Murphy Enterprise Solutions, which is a multifaceted Business Management and Consulting entity, formed in 2016, geared towards organizational implementation, it brings me tremendous pleasure to lead a company designed to deliver multiple services and products across various sectors which will ultimately enhance society’s comfortably.

Presently, outside of overall leadership, I directly monitor the section of MES that provides youth athletes, from Elementary to Secondary Schools, the unique opportunities to excel in training and marketing themselves in the sports world, particularly football.  Additionally, I served as the Varsity Head Coach of Football at Capital Prep Harlem and served as an Administration Advisor / Assistant Head Coach at Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School.  My oversight led to the Uncommon Excellence Boys Varsity Football Team winning the 2023 Uncommon School League Championship, accomplished with scholars who were on High Honor Roll or Honor Roll Academic Status.  Additionally, as a NYS Professional Licensed Coach and Nationally Certified Interscholastic Coach within NFHS for Grades 7 – 12, no player under my direct supervision has ever been hurt or injured to the point the scholar-athlete missed a practice or game.

In most recent years, while employed as an Administrator at NYC Health and Hospitals / Elmhurst, a Level I Trauma Facility within New York City, the daily objective, most essentially during the world’s health crisis Covid-19, was to effectively oversee the Patient Transportation Department. Simultaneously, I conducted CWA 1180 Labor Union business as a Certified Shop Steward.

I have earned a Master Degree in Public Administration, with a focus in Organizational Operations & Policy Implementation, and a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts, conducive to the area of Social Sciences and Criminal Justice.

Moreover, I have led a variety of multifaceted teams within the Education, Healthcare, Retail, Social Services, and Department of Corrections industries, to name a few, tasked with implementing modern trends towards entity innovation within various operational settings, including the Secondary Interscholastic Field.  Becoming one of modern eras prominent Entrepreneurs and Athletic Coach is a fixed goal.

Thus far, these are a few accolades achieved:

• Twenty (20) years of experience in Customer Relations.
• Fifteen (15) years expertise of Operations Management and Leadership over of 30 – 275 + employees.
• Ten (10) years of experience in Loss Prevention, Transportation, & Security/Executive Protection.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Labor Union Relations and Medical Support Services.
• Seven (7) years of knowledge as a Published Author and Fashion Development.
• Seven (7) years of knowledge as a Nationally Certified Coach and College Counseling.  
• Three (3) years of knowledge in Human Services.
• Two (2) years of specialized training in Law Enforcement.

I believe it is pretty safe to say, I am more than knowledgeable and capable of transcending MES to elite business levels!
